Maternal Mental Health Counselling is for Mamas who are desperately wanting to sleep through the night instead of lying awake thinking of all the things they didn’t get done that day. It’s for Mamas who want to quiet their mind and have space to just breathe instead of having anxious thoughts spinning around and around. It’s for Mamas who want to remember what it feels like to just be ‘self’ again, before becoming a Mama.

It’s a safe space to talk, reflect, share, learn, rewrite, cope, think and get that additional support we all need as Mamas.
